Marek is software engineer with over 14 years of experience, mainly as a backend developer. He built from scratch the start-up www.RecipeShop.pl that allows users to turn recipes into a shopping cart in online grocery stores. He also successfully created two mobile applications for the Android platform, Ortogratka (~100K downloads) and Traffic cameras (~7K downloads). During his career, he served multinational corporations in building and maintaining systems in domains such as CRM, public sector, pharma, and finance/banking. He is particularly interested in natural language processing (NLP) and its application in business through the MasterMatch platform.

Joanna has successfully gone through all career levels at multinational organizations (worked in USA, Canada, Poland). During over 7 years of practical experience, she has managed a portfolio of +40 complex IT projects and 10+ business strategy initiatives, and coordinated diverse IT teams. She is a trainer, speaker, and mentor. She gained her business knowledge through international studies in Sweden, Ireland, USA and MBA at Asbiro in Poland. Her competencies are reinforced by the Certification of Capability in Business Analysis™ (CCBA®) & Chartered Financial Analyst level I. She loves strategic thinking and has a data analytics skill set (QlikView, BPMN, UML, SQL, C++).
